INTRODUCTION:   Are you worried about something?  Is there a problem in your life that you're struggling with?  Are you feeling frustrated and frazzled or just plain hurting inside?  Are you praying and taking it to the L-rd yet still feel there isn't an answer to your problems?  What's wrong, why don't you seem to be hearing from the L-rd and why isn’t He solving the problem the way you want Him to?  Where’s He when you need Him most? What does the Word of G-d have to say?

This is the Word of the Lord….
Matthew 10:31 "fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.”

Romans 4:16-21 "Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.  And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness."

LET'S PRAY:   Heavenly Father we love you and are so blessed that you deeply love us.  L-rd we ask you to be with us as we search your Word the Bible for Your truths and wisdom.  Help us to understand what you want us to learn and lead us into Spiritual Growth.  We thank you and in Jesus' name Amen.

I.  WHERE DOES WORRY COME FROM?

     A.  Life's problems
     B. Satan causing trials to come into our lives.
     C. Demons interfering with our thoughts and emotions.
     D. Carnal Sin, selfish desires and sinful attitudes.
     E. Putting ourselves on the throne of our life instead of Jesus.

II.  IS THERE A PROBLEM IN YOUR LIFE THAT HAS YOU WORRIED?

      A.  Worry over Work?
      B.   Worry over Home, food, clothing, transportation?
      C.   Worry over Health or Insurance?
      D.  Worry over Enemies, or people that were your friends that aren't now?

III. G-D DOESN'T WANT US TO WORRY, HOW ARE WE TREATING HIM WHEN WE DO?  DID YOU EVER THINK ABOUT HOW HE FEELS WHEN YOU WORRY? WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR WORRIES?

A. Worrying over Money? What does the Bible say to do with it so that our needs will be met?
Malachi 3:10 "Bring ye all the tithes (tithes: 10 percent of your income) into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”
We hurt G-d when we don't pay attention to His advice and give credence to His Word.  Surely He is great enough to care for our needs when we are obedient to His Word?

B. Worrying over Food?
Psalm 37:25 "I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.”
Surely if we are living a righteous life before the L-rd following His Word we will be taken care of!  The key words here are "Following His Word."

C. Worrying over Enemies  that they will have Victory and laughing at you?
I John 5:4-5 "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”
I Timothy 4:10 "For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe."
If our eyes are focused on the L-rd and our hearts are seeing others through the eyes of Jesus we will only be able to see them with His love and compassion.  Their insults and backbiting comments will roll away.  It's not easy but with a great deal of practice in studying the Word and following what it teaches we will be able to deal with people seeing them as lost sheep not just evil sinners.  Love is the key!  Loving others more then the offenses that they give to us.

D. Worrying over Children and family members?
Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”
You have to trust in G-d and His Word that when we raise our children up right they will sooner or later come back to Him and be saved.  Trust is what is needed to know that the L-rd will do the right thing in the end and allow Him to teach them the lessons that they need to learn for themselves.

E. Worrying over Medical problems and doctor bills?
Isaiah 53:5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”  We can choose to worry over these problems or we can choose to believe the Word of the L-rd.  I am being strong here when I say that the L-rd does heal today and He wants us healed.   We need to follow His Word and faithfully trust Him to do the right thing for us.  G-d knows what's best for us and sometimes through our pain another person will be saved accepting Jesus Christ as their Savior.  Trust the L-rd and He will make way for us.

F. Worrying over that no one understands you:
Luke 12:7 "But even the very hairs of your head are numbered.  Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.”
G-d understands us more than we understand ourselves.  We need to learn to accept that we have value as human beings and that we are deeply loved.  When we feel that no one understands us we need to remember that He does and that we are never alone.

G. Worrying that you can’t do enough be forgiven:
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  He that believeth on him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
The only thing that we have to do to be forgiven is to ask for forgiveness and He is faithful to forgive us of our sins.  Then we need to forgive ourselves.  How can the L-rd forgive us when we sin if we are unable to forgive another even if that other person is ourselves?  Just by asking for forgiveness we are forgiven! (With a true repetitive heart)  Forgiving ourselves for what we have done is so very important to our emotional and mental health.  G-d wants all of us healed and forgiving ourselves can elevate a lot of medical problems that can be caused by not forgiving like too much stress and heart problems.

H. Worrying that No one loves you and you’re lonely?
I John 4:16 "And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him."
Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observed all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
We are never truly alone when we are a believer.  G-d sees our hearts and sends His angels to minister to our needs.  Loneliness is a feeling that we need to set aside and count our blessings that we can still be with Jesus.  We know that we are saved and going to Heaven for all eternity.  This life is just a blink of time and we will forever have a blessed eternity with the L-rd.  Make up your mind to keep actively pursuing Spiritual Growth through Bible Study, Christian Videos, CDs, Cassettes, Magazines et... Then contact people and share what you have learned with others.  Go to nursing homes and hospitals.  Even next door neighbors you have never met might enjoy having you visit them.  Who knows, maybe they are feeling lonely too and need a bit of comfort that you can give to them.  The main thing is to get out of yourself and focus in on serving others.

III.  SO WHAT’S THE FINAL SOLUTION IN HANDLING WORRY?
     A. Pray about the Problem.
     B. Lift up the problem to the L-rd and leave it with Him.
     C.  Obey His Word the Bible
     E. Trust Him to do the right thing NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL!
     F. Truly let go and let G-d handle your worry.  See His angels doing what you asked
the L-d to do for you, then get out of the way and allow them to serve your needs.
     G.  Stop grieving the Holy Spirit and leave your problems with G-d.  Remember when your problem seems bigger than G-d, then who becomes your G-d?

CONCLUSION:

This is what G-d is saying to you everyday from His Word the Bible,….. “I love you, I LOVE YOU, I REALLY DO!  You're so  very special to me and I care about what happens to you in your life.  You have got to learn to trust me and know that even as little children I really do know what's best for you.  Have faith that I will do the right thing even though you don't understand right now why I am doing what I am doing.  I know what's best for you and I can see the finally picture even though I know right now you are struggling with the problem.  I love you, trust me, believe in me and see others through My eyes with the same kind of love.
Now stand back after you pray and start seeing  My angels doing the job for which you have asked me to send them to do for you.  Trust me and know that I am your G-d who will work all things out for your good and My Glory!”

Now my dear friend I know it's not easy to let go and give your problems to the L-rd but if you can't trust Him to know and do what's right in your life who else can?  We all need to take a good hard look at this message today and strive to let our lives be a shinning example of the love that the L-rd bears for us.  Go in peace and throughout your day ponder upon this message allowing the L-rd to transform your heart as you grow in His Word.

I love you and care about you too.  Please keep this ministry in your prayers that we reach as many people as we can with the Word of G-d, the Bible.

Your Sister in Christ,
