Important Bible Study Instructions:

     It’s an excellent idea to use "different translations" to pull out the true meaning of the verses.  Anytime that you are studying the bible  this method helps you to reach a deeper understanding of the scriptures.  I also "underline important verses" in the bible with various colored markers. These verses will help me out in the future.  The use of  various colored markers dealing with different issues is very helpful through out your studies. Here’s some ideas, use different colors for love, faith, sin, salvation etc.

      Some people believe that you shouldn't mark up your bible, I’m not one of them. Marking up your bible helps you to learn information better. It helps bring you spiritually into a deeper understanding of God’s Word.  If you can’t do it then bring a note pad with you and mark in it. "Note taking is important!" You can always keep a special bible that you don't mark in, but I don't think that you will open it up as often and the one that you feel free to mark in. 

     I suggest that you print out these studies for personal home use, (not commercial)  and make notes of your own, (inspired observations) for referencing in the future.  I have found out that even if I don’t look back upon study work, by writing it down I remember the information.

     By doing  this kind of Bible Study you will begin to awaken and greatly increase your spiritual growth.  You see, I don’t want you to just achieve head knowledge, but more importantly, that your "spiritual knowledge" and "spiritual growth" develop.  Wherever you are spiritually, I desire to draw and move that part of you to be challenged to a higher level of faith and spirituality.

     Never study the Word of God without reaching within yourself to be challenged to a "deeper spiritual level."  Always push and prod yourself to grow more and more spiritually.  Never let yourself be complacent and satisfied with where you are at in your spiritual walk with the Lord. Read and study your Bible like a hungry person who hasn’t had a mean in a long time.

     Remember this saying, "If you are not spiritually growing, you are spiritually dying." That includes every area of your life! I also pray that when you leave this site that you have felt an anointing touch of
