     Genesis 33:11 Take, I pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee; because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough.

    There are "two gifts" that God gives to new Christian believers.   Here it reads in Bible:

     2 Corinthians 1:21-22 Now he which stablished us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

     Sealed, means that when we have accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior we are then one with Him.  It shows that we belong to Jesus and that we are Christians. When we have said the Salvation prayer from our hearts with all of our faith, we then become sealed with Jesus allowing us to join Him in Heaven.  He becomes part of us and we become a part of Him. Think of it like a wonderful happy marriage.

     The other gift of the Lord is the "Holy Spirit."  When we accept Salvation through Jesus Christ we then receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. He brings us spiritual knowledge of the truth about Jesus as He gives us comfort in our spirits.  We are never alone.  We may feel lonely at times but never are we alone.   The Holy Spirit is always with believers because we asked the Lord to come into our hearts to be with us in a wonderful personal relationship with Him.
 
     What a privilege it is to belong to our Lord and Savior with these two wonderful gifts, Salvation and the comforting Holy Spirit.  Do you have these gifts?  You can you know, they are free for asking.
