     Welcome to my recipe section  of our family "Diana Gray Ministries" recipes on "SOUPS."  I sincerely pray that we can be a real blessing to you and your family.  After you have checked out our recipes,  you might like to come back to see the rest of this spirit-filled ministry.  May the good Lord Bless you as you enjoy these recipes.

     MATT. 14:19-21 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.  And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full.  And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

    Jesus is a loving Lord who really cares for His children.  You are special and He wants to care for you too.  He helped and fed  thousands of people that wonderful day and He can feed you too.  When you put you faith and trust in Him, he will get you through what ever troubles and trials that you are having.

     Faith, prayer and trust are the answers to our troubles when we have Jesus as our Savior and Lord.  Follow Him and you will be well fed, not just in you body but in your spiritual heart as well.  Jesus really loves you.  Your special and your life is important to Him. Enjoy these recipes, they were an inspiration  from the Lord.


 
HEALTHY, DELICIOUS "NUTRITIOUS"
SOUP MIX

¾ Green split peas
¾ Yellow split peas
¾ Lentils
1 cup Barley or Brown Rice
¾ Macaroni noodles (or any small dry pasta)

    You can make this recipe as it is or by following the procedures you will have plenty for food storage.  Pour the above ingredients into a large bowl only  6 times each scoop.  ( 6 x ¾ = 4 cups ) Then with your hands mix until well blended.  Place strong plastic bags on the counter or table.   Divide up the mix into each bag.

Now put the following amounts into "each" bag.
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Sea Salt or iodized Salt
½ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Celery Seed
2 tsp. Dry Parsley

(Optional:  1 tsp. Each Dehydrated, Tomato, Celery, Spinach, onion, beets, carrots, bell peppers) Each bag will yield about 5 ¼ cups Dry
     Close up each bag pressing out the air and seal.  Now place the bags in a can or bucket for storage. You can repeat these steps as many times as you like for food storage.  It will keep for a long time in airtight bags in a cool dry place.
     To cook, place 1 part of "Healthy, Delicious, Nutritious Soup Mix" into a pan with 4 ½ parts of boiling water adding 3 tbs. oil. Bring the water to a boil again.  Lower the heat to a simmer for about 1 hour.  (You only take out of a bag what you want for a meal each time.  Seal the bag back up and restore it to storage)
     Another way that you could do it if you like, is to add fresh vegetables such as: Chopped carrots, onions, celery, pealed tomatoes at the start of the cooking procedure.  Anyway that you put it, this is one "Healthy, delicious, nutritious Soup! "

     Modern science and the medical comunities recognize fruits, vegtables and grains as being health.  Modern diets with their high grease content, and convient foods tend to be lacking in proper nutrution.  If we look in the Word of God we can see in many places where the Lord would have us eat healthier diets.  Always try to think before you cook a meal.  Ask yourself, "Is this meal nutritious and healthy for my body? Can I fix and eat something better?"

     If God's Word about food was valid in biblical times, then it's still valid today.  People can live longer, healthier and feel happier when their bodies are in the best of health.  Youthfulness can be obtained by enjoying a better food life style.   When we listen to the Word of God our bodies, (mind, will and emotions) will become healther.  Come strengthen your emmune system with healthier eating, as told to us by the Word of the Lord.  Enjoy these recipes and better health.
