| Proverbs 15:15 ...but he that is of
a merry heart hath a continual feast.
In bibical times people
ate foods that were for the most part, still in their natural state.
A diet full of fruits, grains, vegetables, herbs, seeds, nuts and beans
will give us better nutrition. Better nutrition and the Lord,
will help us make it through whatever trials, and troubles that come our
way.
If you listen to the Word
of God and follow a better eating pattern, then your bodies will be better
able to with stand the onslot of worldly problems. Your minds and
bodies will be more in tune with the will of God, as you follow His Word
for your life.
