     Because Satan is head of every demonic spirit in this world, he is able to send them where ever he wants to do his dirty work.  Unless a Christian has bound and loosed away demons from a situation by the workings of the Holy Spirit, they can be present to hinder your spiritual walk.  Satan knows everything about you and everyone of your weaknesses, as well as your strengths.  He uses those weaknesses and inner emotional feelings to try to defeat you.  Our adversary is a terrible demonic being who comes against us with an unceasing hatred.   When we have the Lord working for us as our Abba Father, we can take courage.   He has already defeated Satan by the shedding of His Son Jesus' blood at Calvary for our Salvation.

    John I 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 

     The Lord helps us to overcome the devil and have victory in our lives when we walk by faith.  When you have Jesus as a solid relationship in your life, the house could burn down and you would still have joy.  A major disaster could happen and you would  find out that you would still be able to praise the Lord. Why? Because greater is He that is in you.  You see, the Lord is so much more important than anything this world has to offer.  All of Heaven for eternity awaits us if we follow Him.

     Have you ever noticed that at times during a major tornado or hurricane the television crews were interviewing some people they acted different even though they had been through the same disaster?  Listening to them over the television set, there seemed to be two types of people with totally different attitudes.  One type who were crying, feeling disappointed, discouraged and miserable because they lost all of their material possessions.   The other type of person had ( in spite of the circumstances)  joy in them?  Why?  How could some people have joy and others feel destroyed?  What could possibly give some people joy in a bad situation and others tremendous sadness?

      The people with joy had Jesus as their Lord and Savior of their lives.  What did material things matter to them, when their children were alive.  Their attitudes were happy in spite of the circumstances.   They were smiling and rejoicing because no one in their family had died.  Material possessions could be gotten again but their lives as Christians meant more to them.  All they seemed to care about was that their family was all safe.  The other people's families were safe too but they couldn't be joyful because their eyes were upon material losses. 

     It really didn't matter to the joyful ones that everything materially in the world had been destroyed, they still had each other and Jesus.  They were looking at the situation as a new beginning and praising God for it.  Did Satan have victory in their lives or were they rejoicing and praising God for their family's lives?  What would you do and how would you react if you suddenly lost everything in your life?  Makes you think, doesn't it?

     Only by sharing our weaknesses can we share our strengths.  We all at one point or other on a daily basis, have had to do battle with Satan.  Our only hope and Salvation is the Lord.  If we study and take the time to learn about Satan's ways and what the Word of God says about fighting him then we can have sufficient enough weapons to fight the good fight and walk in victory.

    Stop and think for a minute, how did the Lord help you through your problems this last week?  Areas where you found strength with the Lord's help would be a good area to share with those less fortunate than yourself.  It just might surprise you to find out that they in turn might have some good suggestions for you as well.  If we look at each other with love and compassion of Jesus.  Seeing with the eyesight of Jesus gives you joy.  How much happier our lives would be if we would only learn to walk in total joy of the Lord. 

     Jesus has love and compassion enough for everyone if they would only accept Him as their Savior.  Only by a close personal relationship with the Lord can we truly minister into one anther's lives.  Looking at people as lost sheep, not sinners will take us a far way in loving our brothers.

     You can have victory over Satan but it takes a daily commitment to do it.  When you get up in the morning, the first thing you should do is to ask the Lord to come into your life and be your Lord and Savior.  Say a prayer for yourself that no matter what you say or do, let it be His word that come out of your mouth.  Ask for the eyes of Jesus to look at other people with love and understanding.  Ask that His heart become part of your heart so that you can reach out with all of the love that you can.  Allow His life to become part of your life so that you can  minister life and hope in other people's lives. 

     Biblical knowledge and Godly wisdom it the best weapon you have to fight Satan and have victory in your life.  Walk in full faith praying on your knees for His blessed guidance in your life.  Remember, if you are not spiritually growing, you are spiritually dying.  Keep striving to move forward in your faith.   On a daily basis seeking the face of God in constant prayer and praise.

     I pray that this bible study about "Demonic Deception" has been a blessing you  as well as helping you to understand yourself a little better.  The best way to fight is on your knees praying.  You can have victory and joy in your life when you are growing spiritually in your faith.  Please feel welcome to enjoy any of the various spiritual teachings that I have set out for you and may the Lord bless your heart.
